To carry out the purposes of this chapter, the city establishes the following Zoning Districts:
(A) Residential districts.
(1) Agricultural Residence District - abbreviated “AR.”
(2) Large Lot, One Family Residence District - abbreviated “LR.”
(3) Small Lot, One Family Residence District - abbreviated “R-1.”
(4) One and Two Family Residence District - abbreviated “R-2.”
(5) Multiple Family Residence District - abbreviated “R-3.”
(B) Business districts.
(1) Highway Service Business District - abbreviated “SB.”
(2) Central Business District - abbreviated “CB.”
(C) Industrial districts.
(1) Planned Industrial District - abbreviated “PI.”
(2) General Industrial District - abbreviated “GI.”
(D) Planned Unit Development District (Overlay).
(E) County Fairgrounds District.
(F) Mixed Use District.
