§ 152.04 MISREPRESENTATIONS.

It is unlawful for any person to misrepresent that any improvement on any street has been constructed according to the plans and specifications approved by the Council, or has been supervised or inspected by the city or any designated agency, when in fact the improvements have not been so constructed, supervised or inspected.
