§ 150.02 MINIMUM STANDARDS FOR ONE AND TWO FAMILY DWELLINGS.
   One and two family dwellings to be constructed or located within the city shall meet or exceed the following standards, in addition to the standards specified in the Uniform Housing Code and Uniform Building Code. These standards shall not apply to manufactured homes in manufactured or mobile home parks in an “Agricultural Residence District (R-A).”
   (A)   Ground floor. The ground floor shall be at least 800 square feet in area, exclusive of garage space.
   (B)   Width and length. The width and length of each dwelling shall be at least 24 feet.
   (C)   Roof pitch. The roof shall have a rise of at least 3 feet over a run of 12 feet.
   (D)   Foundation. Each dwelling shall be constructed or placed on and shall be attached to a concrete slab or foundation of wood or concrete material in a manner which meets the requirements of the Uniform Building Code.
   (E)   Exposed foundation wall. That portion of the wall extending from ground level to the ground floor of the dwelling unit shall be of concrete material or wood and shall resemble conventional, exposed, perimeter, foundation walls.
   (F)   Manufactured homes; removal of wheels. Only manufactured homes constructed after July 1972 shall be permitted to be moved into and located within the city; and all wheels attached to the exterior of a manufactured home shall be removed from the dwelling contemporaneously with placement on its foundation.
