(A) Each organization conducting lawful gambling in the city must designate a gambling manager licensed by the state to supervise the organization’s lawful gambling operations.
(B) Within 10 days of the designation, the organization shall notify the city in writing of the gambling manager’s full name, residential address, residential telephone number, and gambling manager license number.
(C) The gambling manager is responsible for the lawful conduct of the organization’s gambling operations in compliance with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
