§ 131.02 ELIGIBILITY.
   An organization which is licensed by the Minnesota Charitable Gambling Control Board (“Board”) to conduct lawful gambling and which meets all of the requirements imposed by law for the conduct of lawful gambling shall be eligible to conduct lawful gambling in the city.
