§ 130.04 GARBAGE RECEPTACLES AND PLANTERS.
   (A)   It is a petty misdemeanor for any person to sit, stand or climb upon any public garbage receptacle located within the city.
   (B)   It is a petty misdemeanor for any person to stand or climb upon any public planter located upon or immediately adjacent to any public sidewalk within the city.
