(A) It is unlawful for any person to:
(1) Smoke in the presence of explosives or inflammable materials;
(2) To interfere with or to obstruct the prevention or extinguishing of any fire or to disobey the lawful order(s) of a law enforcement officer or fire fighter present at the fire;
(3) To show a false light or signal or to interfere with any light, signal or sign controlling or guiding traffic upon a highway, railway track, navigable water, or in the air;
(4) Place an obstruction upon a railroad track;
(5) To expose another or his or her property to an obnoxious or harmful gas, fluid or substance with intent to injure, molest or coerce;
(6) To be in or upon the property or business premises of another, without the permission of the owner or proprietor of the premises, when the premises are enclosed by a fence and “NO TRESPASSING” or “AUTHORIZED PERSONNEL ONLY” signs are prominently posted; or
(7) To be in or upon any premises owned or controlled by the city and around which signs stating “AUTHORIZED PERSONNEL ONLY” or “NO TRESPASSING” have been prominently posted, unless the person is an employee or official of the city or has been authorized by the City Administrator or Chief of Police to be in or upon the premises.
(B) Signs stating “AUTHORIZED PERSONNEL ONLY” or “NO TRESPASSING” may be installed and erected at locations deemed appropriate by the City Administrator and Chief of Police to give notice of the prohibitions contained in this section.
(C) Any person who violates any provision of this section shall, upon conviction, be guilty of a misdemeanor.
