§ 118.35 MUNICIPAL RIGHT TO PURCHASE SYSTEM.
   If a franchise or cable system is offered for sale, the City shall have [a] the first right, but no obligation, to purchase the system, and [b] a first right of refusal to match, within a reasonable period of time, any other acceptable offer received for purchase of the franchise or cable system.
