§ 118.30 SECURITY FUND.

(A) During the initial construction of a cable system, or any reconstruction or upgrading thereof, a franchisee shall file with the City a performance bond in the amount of $25,000.

(B) The bond shall be released when a franchisee certifies to the City that the construction is complete, and the City accepts such certification as proven.
