At all times during the term of its franchise, a franchisee shall indemnify and hold harmless the franchisor and maintain liability insurance insuring the franchisor as follows:
(A) A minimum of $100,000 for bodily injury or death to any one person and $300,000 for bodily injury or death resulting from any one accident.
(B) A minimum of $300,000 for property damage resulting from any one accident.
