§ 118.08 ACCESS TO FINANCIAL RECORDS.
   The City shall have the authority to audit a franchisee’s accounting and financial records upon reasonable notice. A franchisee shall file with the City annual reports of gross subscriber numbers and revenues, and such other information as the City shall from time to time deem appropriate.
