(A) The operator shall maintain records of all trips hired, showing the time and place of origin and the destination of each trip.
(B) Such records shall be available for inspection by the City at all reasonable times.
(C) The taxicab company shall retain and preserve, in chronological order, all order slips in a safe place for at least the calendar year next preceding the current calendar year.
