§ 117.10 RATE SCHEDULE.
   (A)   Prior to issuance of a taxicab license, the applicant shall submit his rate schedule to the City Administrator.
   (B)   These rates shall be uniform to all passengers.
   (C)   Any changes in the rates shall be filed with the City Administrator.
