(A) Fees required. No taxicab license or taxicab driver’s license shall be issued or continued in effect pursuant to this section unless the applicant therefor has paid the applicable fee(s) as follows.
(B) Application fee. Each applicant for a license under this Chapter 117 shall pay an application fee to defray costs of investigating the applicant’s background and qualifications.
(C) License fee. Each applicant for a license under this Chapter 117 shall pay a license fee to defray costs of issuing and administering the license.
(D) Amounts and when payable. The applicant shall pay such license fee(s) to the City:
(1) At the time of submitting the application to the City; and
(2) In amounts fixed by ordinance or resolution of the City Council from time to time.
