§ 116.20 NUMBER OF LICENSES WHICH MAY BE ISSUED.
   The city may issue the maximum number of liquor licenses authorized by M.S. Ch. 340A as it may be amended from time to time. The Council is not required to issue the full number of licenses that it has available.
