§ 115.33 TRANSFER OF LICENSE PROHIBITED.
   A license issued pursuant to this chapter is not transferable.
   (A)   No licensee may transfer a license to another person or entity.
   (B)   It is unlawful for any licensee to operate an adult oriented business under the authority of a license at any place other than the address designated in the application for the license.
