§ 114.02 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   CLEAN. The absence of dirt, grease, rubbish, garbage, and other offensive, unsightly, or extraneous matter.
   COMMISSIONER. The Minnesota Commissioner of Health.
   GENERAL LICENSE. Any license issued pursuant to this chapter that is not a temporary event license.
   GOOD REPAIR. Free of corrosion, breaks, cracks, chips, pitting, excessive wear and tear, leaks, obstructions, and similar defects so as to constitute a good and sound condition.
   PRACTITIONER. Any person who engages in the practice of tattooing.
   TATTOOING. The marking of the skin of a person by insertion of permanent colors by introducing them through puncture of the skin.
