§ 112.08 PUBLIC NUISANCE.

Any junk yard operated in violation of this chapter or any applicable regulation adopted by the Council or its delegates, or of any applicable state and federal statutes or administrative regulations, is declared to be a public nuisance, and each day a violation continues is a separate offense.
