(A) No articles of junk shall be kept on the licensed premises unless within a properly screened area as defined above.
(B) No articles of junk shall at any time be parked or stored on any public street.
(C) No burning of junk shall be permitted within the premises licensed as a junk yard.
(D) No oil, grease or other liquid waste shall be deposited upon the ground in the premises licensed as a junk yard or permitted to escape from any container thereon.
