§ 112.01 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   JUNK. Any old, used or second hand materials of any kind, including cloth, rags, clothing, paper, rubbish, bottles, rubber, iron, hides, brass, copper or other metal furniture, used motor vehicles or any parts thereof, used agricultural, construction or industrial machinery or any parts thereof, or other articles which from their worn condition are rendered practically useless for the purpose for which originally intended.
   JUNK CAR. Any motor vehicle, which is used for sale of parts or as a source of repair or replacement parts for other vehicles, or which is kept for scraping, dismantling or salvage of any kind, or which is not properly licensed for operation within the state by the state, or which has been partially dismantled or in an inoperable condition for a period of more than 30 days.
   JUNK DEALER. One who deals in junk.
   JUNK YARDS. Any place, building or structure for keeping, storing, or piling of junk, in commercial quantities, whether temporarily, irregularly or continually, whether for selling, trading, dealing in, or for whatever purpose.
