(A) Each renewal license shall be issued for a maximum period of one year.
(B) All licenses expire on December 31 of each year.
(C) Each license may be renewed only by making application as provided in this section.
(D) Application for renewal should be made at least 30 days before the expiration date.
(E) Upon receipt of a renewal application, the City Administrator may cause to be investigated the application, licensee(s), regulated devices, and licensed premises.
(F) If the City Administrator determines that good and sufficient cause is shown by the applicant for failure to file a timely renewal application, the City Administrator shall grant the application if the applicant has complied with the other provisions of this section.
(G) If subsequent to the City Administrator’s denial of a renewal license application the City Administrator finds that the basis for denial has been corrected or abated, the City Administrator may grant the license to the applicant if at least 30 days have elapsed since the date that the denial became final.
