The annual fee for an amusement arcade license, and the investigation fee for the purpose of issuing such a license, shall be set by resolution of the City Council; provided, that the license fees shall not exceed the limits set forth in Minn. Stat. § 449.15 as amended from time to time.
(A) If the license is denied upon application, the license fee shall be refunded; but no part of the license investigation fee shall be refunded.
(B) No part of the annual license fee shall be refunded if the license is suspended or revoked.
