§ 110.26 SEWER SERVICE CONNECTION INSTALLER.
   (A)   License required. It is unlawful for any person to engage in the work or business of making service connections with any public sewer without a license therefor from the city.
   (B)   Bond required. Before a license shall be granted to any person as a sewer service connection installer, he or she shall execute and deposit with the city a corporate surety bond in the penal sum of $2,000, or a cash bond in the amount of $300, conditioned that the licensee will indemnify and save harmless the city from all suits, accidents, and damages that may arise by reason of any opening in any street, alley or public ground, made by the licensee, or his or her employee, for any purpose whatever, and that the licensee will replace and restore the street and alley over the opening to the condition existing prior to the installation, adequately guard the barricades and lights, and will keep and maintain the same to the satisfaction of the city.
