§ 97.04 PARTIAL INVALIDITY.

If any section, subsection, paragraph, sentence, clause or phrase of this chapter should be declared invalid for any reason whatsoever, such decision shall not affect the remaining portions of this chapter, which remain in full force and effect. The provisions of this chapter are severable.
