§ 95.30 POSITION OF CITY FORESTER.
   The position of City Forester is created. The Park Superintendent of the city or such other city official or person as may be designated from time to time by the Council shall perform the duties of City Forester. The appointment to fill the position shall be made by a resolution of the Council.
