§ 95.28 TRANSPORTING ELM WOOD PROHIBITED.

It is unlawful to transport within the city any bark-bearing elm wood without having obtained a permit from the City Forester. The City Forester shall grant the permits only when the purpose of this subchapter shall be served thereby.
