§ 95.08 UNLAWFUL PLANTING.
   Except as otherwise permitted in writing by the city, it is unlawful for any person to plant, and no landowner shall permit to be planted on his or her property, any species of tree, bush, or shrub that at maturity:
   (A)   Is projected to be more than 15 feet in height, within a strip of land ten feet either side of the centerline of poles or other points of attachment from which is extended any primary or secondary distribution line or service line for electricity or cable television transmissions or within the right-of-way of any city street or utility easement; or
   (B)   Is projected to extend beyond a property line.
