It is unlawful for an owner or occupant of any property in a Residential (RA, R-2, R-2, or R-3) District to fail to register with the Chief of the Fire Department information regarding the location, capacity, and contents of each storage container or tank of greater than 50 gallon capacity that is located on the property and is used for motor fuel, heating oil, gaseous liquids, agricultural chemicals, or any other substance, material, or gas that is flammable, combustible, or hazardous.
