§ 90.01 AUTHORITY.

The Park Board is authorized to make reasonable rules and regulations governing the operation and use of all city parks. The regulations may include but shall not be limited to restrictions on the use of property, hours of operation, safety regulations, provisions for protection of property, swimming and boating regulations, lifeguard duties, patrols and maintenance.
