§ 74.10 PASSENGER RESTRICTIONS.
   (A)   No person under 18 years of age shall operate an ATV or golf cart while carrying a passenger.
   (B)   A person 18 years of age or older may operate a Class 1 ATV carrying one passenger.
   (C)   A person 18 years of age or older may operate a Class 2 ATV or Golf Cart while carrying up to the number of passengers for which the vehicle was designed.
   (D)   For purposes of this section, a Class 1 ATV means an all-terrain vehicle that has a total dry weight of less than 900 pounds, and a Class 2 ATV means an all-terrain vehicle that has a total dry weight of 1,000 to 1,800 pounds.
