Any ATV or golf cart meeting the requirements of this chapter and registered by the State of Minnesota may be driven or operated in strict compliance with this chapter on and along streets, roadways, and the shoulders thereof within the City except where such driving or operation is prohibited by this chapter or by resolution of the City Council.
(A) ATVs and golf carts may be driven and operated only on and along the extreme right-hand side of streets and roadways within the City.
(B) ATVs and golf carts shall not be driven and operated on and along U.S. Hwy. 71 either Northerly of Riverside Drive or Southerly of Jackson Cemetery.
