§ 74.02 DEFINITIONS.
   Except as otherwise defined in this code, the definitions of words and terms in this chapter shall be as defined in M.S. § 169, as amended from time to time.
   ATV. Any Class 1 or Class 2 all-terrain vehicle.
   GOLF CART. Any motorized golf cart.
