§ 71.02 EXHIBITION DRIVING.
   (A)   Exhibition driving, as hereinafter defined, is a petty misdemeanor.
   (B)   The following acts shall constitute exhibition driving:
      (1)   Any unreasonable acceleration or unreasonable braking of any motor vehicle on any public road or private road or way or parking lot or public property;
      (2)   UNREASONABLE ACCELERATION OF A MOTOR VEHICLE is defined as acceleration without apparent reason and accomplished in such manner as to cause squealing or screeching sounds by the tires of the vehicles or the throwing of sand or gravel by the tires of the vehicle, or both.
      (3)   UNREASONABLE BRAKING is defined as braking not in the course of making an emergency stop, in such manner as to cause squealing or screeching sounds by the tires of the vehicle, or the throwing of sand or gravel by the tires of the vehicle, or both.
      (4)   Prima facie evidence of unreasonable acceleration or unreasonable braking shall be squealing or screeching sounds emitted by the tires or the throwing of sand or gravel by the tires of the vehicle, or both.
