§ 70.07 MOTOR VEHICLES PROHIBITED FROM BIKE TRAILS.
   (A)   As used in this section, BIKE TRAIL means any part of the Jackson County bicycle and pedestrian trails systems located within the City.
   (B)   It is unlawful for any person (except persons employed or authorized by the City who are acting within the scope of their employment or authorization) to operate, drive, park, or leave standing any motor vehicle, snowmobile, or recreational motor vehicle on any bike trail, except when crossing the bike trail while driving upon an existing driveway, alley, or roadway.
   (C)   Nothing in this section shall prevent employees or agents of the City from performing their assigned duties.
   (D)   Any person who violates any provision of this section shall be guilty of a petty misdemeanor.
