§ 70.03 TRAFFIC CONTROL.

No device, sign or signal shall be erected or maintained for traffic control unless the Council, upon the recommendation of the Chief of Police, shall first have approved and directed the same. When traffic control is marked or sign-posted, the marking or sign-posting attests to Council action thereon.
