Except as otherwise provided in this title, or in Chapter 96 of this Code, M.S. Ch. 169 and Ch. 169A (including the penalty provisions thereof), commonly cited as the “Highway Traffic Regulation Act,” as it may be amended from time to time, is adopted and incorporated herein by reference; and all future amendments to M.S. Ch. 169 and Ch. 169A are also adopted and incorporated herein by reference, as if they were in existence at the time the ordinance set forth in this section was adopted.
