§ 53.12 ADDITIONAL RULES AND REGULATIONS.
   The Council may, by resolution, adopt such additional rules and regulations relating to municipal water service as it, in its discretion, deems necessary or desirable. Copies of the additional rules and regulations shall be kept on file in the office of the City Administrator and uniformly enforced.
