§ 53.11 CODE REQUIREMENT.
   All piping, connections and appurtenances shall be installed and maintained strictly in accordance with the Minnesota Plumbing Code, and the city may terminate water service to any consumer who fails or refuses to install and maintain the same accordingly or to have or permit required inspections.
