§ 53.07 PRIVATE FIRE HOSE CONNECTIONS.
   Owners of structures with self-contained fire protection systems, at their own expense and if authorized by resolution of the Council, may connect the systems to the city water system by such means, at such rates, and according to such terms and conditions as the Council may specify by resolution.
