§ 52.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Separate offenses. Each day a violation of this chapter is committed or permitted to continue shall constitute a separate offense and shall be punishable under this section.
   (B)   Petty misdemeanor. It is a petty misdemeanor for any person to violate any provision of this chapter.
   (C)   Misdemeanor. After the second offense in any 12-month period, violation shall constitute a misdemeanor.
