§ 52.23 SOURCE SEPARATION REQUIRED.
   Every person who generates solid waste, hazardous waste, construction waste, demolition waste, or other solid waste or who uses recyclable materials within the city shall separate recyclable materials from nonrecyclable materials and shall dispose of all such recyclable and nonrecyclable materials in a manner consistent with the County Ordinance, with M.S. Chs. 115, 115A, 116, and 400, as they may be amended from time to time, and with the rules and regulations adopted and promulgated by the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency.
