(A) All demolition debris disposed of in the city shall be disposed of at a county-owned/municipal- operated demolition debris transfer site or at an approved and permitted demolition facility, in accordance with the rules and regulations promulgated from time to time for the use of the site or facility.
(B) It is unlawful for any person to violate, fail, neglect or refuse to comply with the provisions of this section, and a separate offense shall be deemed committed upon each separate day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
