(A)
No more than one single-family residential unit or its other permitted accessory buildings shall be supplied from one service connection or lead for any municipal utility service.
(B) For purposes of this subchapter, the meaning of SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL UNIT or ACCESSORY BUILDINGS shall be as defined in the Zoning Code. (Ord. 34, 5th Series, eff. 4-8-1993)
(C) If the utility service and charges are for a single metered multi-unit rental residential building, the owner of the building shall be the customer of record and this responsibility shall not be waived by contract or otherwise. (Ord. 94, 5th Series, eff. 8-13-1998)
