§ 35.10 REAL AND PERSONAL PROPERTY TAXES.
   The following real and personal property millage rates are hereby levied and adjusted for the 2023 tax year, to be collected in 2024. These millage rates are levied in accordance with Amendment 59 of the Constitution of the State of Arkansas, Act No. 742 of 1977 of the General Assembly of the State of Arkansas, as amended, and Act 848 of 1981 of the General Assembly of the State of Arkansas. The following millage rates are established for each taxing unit in the County:
