(A) Pursuant to A.C. § 14-20-111, there is hereby levied, in addition to fees and taxes now charged, a fee of $5 on each application for marriage license. Such fee shall be collected by the County Clerk at the time application is made.
(B) All fees collected under the provisions of this section shall be credited by the County Treasurer to the County General Fund and shall be appropriated by the Quorum Court as provided by law.
