Complaints in regard to the Public Defender's Office shall be investigated by the Jackson County Bar Association's Public Defender Committee and the finding of that Committee will be conveyed to the Jackson County Public Defender Committee with the bar committee's recommendation. A recommendation of dismissal of the Public Defender shall not be made without good cause and without the approval of the Jackson County Public Defender Committee. The hiring and dismissal of the Public Defender's Office staff shall be at his discretion.
