The Public Defender shall be entitled to maintain a private practice in addition to his duties as Public Defender. He shall operate office hours from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and from 1:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. The Public Defender's private practice shall not include any criminal practice in any of the City, Municipal or Circuit Courts in the county.
