§ 33.20 BENEFITS.

All fringe benefits including but not limited to hospitalization insurance, sick leave, vacation, and retirement shall be in accordance with the general provisions affecting all county employees, but any expenditures for the benefit of the Public Defender shall be made from the Public Defender Fund by the County Treasurer.
