§ 31.142 MULTI-COUNTY ORGANIZATION FORMED.

(A) The Jackson County White River Basin Commission is hereby authorized and directed to participate in the creation and establishment of a multi-county fact-finding organization composed of interested counties located in the White River Basin area.

(B) The County Judge of Jackson County or his or her designated representative shall have the right to vote on behalf of the Jackson County White River Basin Commission at all meetings and functions of the multi-county organization.
