§ 31.105 APPLICATION FOR GRANTS; AGREEMENTS AND CONTRACTS.
   The Board and the agency Director are hereby authorized to apply for grants from private, local, state and federal sources as they may deem necessary and appropriate for the operation of the agency, and to enter into such agreements and contracts as are required to receive such grants and/or financial assistance.
